JASMINE L. CUIZON [email protected] Jasmine Cuizon is a lawyer and a certified public accountant. Jasmine obtained her juris doctor degree from the prestigious University of the Philippines College of Law in Diliman, Quezon City. She also graduated cum laude with degree in BS Accountancy from the University of San Carlos in Cebu City. Jasmine was formerly an Associate with SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan Law where she represented property developers and owners before the trial courts and regulatory bodies. She likewise assisted clients in negotiating and executing corporate restructuring agreements. Prior to that, she was an Associate with Salvador Llanillo & Bernardo (formerly Salvador & Associates),where she acted as corporate secretary to several companies and practiced corporate and tax law. She garnered extensive tax litigation experience.She represented multinational corporations across several industries in litigating their tax refund cases as well as in managing tax assessment matters.
